Jaswinder Kumar was born and raised in India, where he earned his law degree before moving to Canada. In Canada, he successfully completed the National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) examinations and the Canadian Centre for Professional Legal Education (CPLED) program. He was called to the bar with the Law Society of Manitoba in 2024 and began practicing law with a primary focus on Family Law.

In addition to family law, Mr. Kumar’s practice extends to Real Estate, Immigration, and Wills & Estate Planning, enabling him to provide comprehensive legal services to individuals and families.
